Carefully read the submission guidelines as follows:

A. General Requirements

The submission must consist of a cover letter, an original manuscript, and supporting documents. The cover letter is addressed to Editor mentioning that the manuscript has not been previously published, the highlight of your research significant. If you are experiencing a problem in submission of manuscript, please send your manuscript to email: journalroan@gmail.com

The minimum standard requirements of Roan: Applied Journal on Empowerment must be

  1. Written in English.
  2. The length of submitted paper is at least 5 pages and no more than 10 pages. Editors will be evaluated if the papers are needing more pages than 10 pages.
  3. Use of a tool such as ZoteroMendeley, or EndNote for reference management and formatting, and choose APA style
  4. use grammarly for grammar checker, spell checker in english structure, and correct mistakes in writing.
  5. Make sure that your paper is prepared using the manuscript template. Download here manuscript template.

B. Manuscript Structure

STANDARD PAPERS. Manuscripts provided in A4 paper, 9 pitch font of Trebuchet MS, Line spacing: Single. List of Figure and Table located separately on the end of manuscipt. Typescripts should be arranged as follows, with each section starting on a separate page. Click here for downloading manuscript template.

The manuscript must be prepared and suggested present follow the structure:

Title: The title must adequately describe the contributions content, concise and informative. Titles are often used in information-retrieval systems. Avoid abbreviations and formulae where possible. Title not exceeding 20 word.

Author names: Authors should clearly indicate the given name(s) and family name(s) of each author and check that all names are accurately spelled. During the revision and editing process we can not accept the addition of more authors, so that, be sure to upload all authors of the paper during the submission process.

Affiliations: Present the authors' affiliation addresses (Department, University/Institution, Country, Email / where the actual work was done) below the names. Indicate all affiliations with a lower-case superscript letter immediately.

Corresponding author: Clearly indicate who will handle correspondence at all stages of refereeing and publication, also post-publication. This responsibility includes answering any future queries about Methodology and Materials. Ensure that the e-mail address is given and that contact details are kept up to date by the corresponding author.

Abstract: The contribution must include an abstract of should be 150 to 300 words in length and the following structure:
   - Introduction (The reason importance of title research and Purpose): (Required field)
   - Methods (Design/methodology/approach): (Required field)
   - Results (Findings/results): (Required field)
   - Research limitations/implications: (optional field)
   - Practical implications: (optional field)
   - Social implications: (Required field)
   - Originality/value: (Required field)

Keywords: Adequately describe the contribution's contents, and the specialization areas that best fit the contents of the paper. Keywords should be 3-5 words or short phrases, separated with semi colon (;).

Introduction: The Introduction should provide a clear background, reason for the work, the context, background, state of the art of the research, the aims research, a clear statement of the problem, the relevant literature on the subject, the proposed approach or solution, and the new value of research which it is innovation.

Methods (Design/methodology/approach): Methods. In this section the researcher must explain the type of research and research approach used, data collection techniques, data analysis techniques, research tools or instruments. Place of study, location and time. Explain in detail so that it can be understood by the reader for example with flowcharts.

Results and Discussions. State the results of experimental or modelling work, drawing attention to important details in tables and figures. Point out the importance of the results and place them in the context of previous studies and in relation to the application of the work.

Conclusion: Provide a statement that what is expected, as stated in the "Introduction" chapter can ultimately result in "Results and Discussion" chapter, so there is compatibility. Moreover, it can also be added the prospect of the development of research results and application prospects of further studies into the next (based on result and discussion).

Acknowledgements: Authors can thank to people or institutions that have helped them during the research (e.g., providing language help, funding, colaboraion team, writing assistance or proof reading the article, etc.).

Author's contributions: For transparency, we encourage authors to submit an author statement file outlining their individual contributions to the paper using the relevant CRediT (Contributor Roles Taxonomy) roles: Conceptualization; Data curation; Formal analysis; Funding acquisition; Investigation; Methodology; Project administration; Resources; Software; Supervision; Validation; Visualization; Roles/Writing - original draft; Writing - review & editing. Authorship statements should be formatted with the names of authors first and CRediT role(s) following, for example:
Zhang San: Conceptualization, Methodology, Software Priya Singh.: Data curation, Writing- Original draft preparation. Wang Wu: Visualization, Investigation. Jan Jansen: Supervision.: Ajay Kumar: Software, Validation.: Sun Qi: Writing- Reviewing and Editing.

Conflict of interest: The authors discussed the conflict of interest to from the start to final manuscript.

Citation and References: Citation to work by three or more authors should be abbreviated with the use of et al. (e.g. Budiyono et al., 2010). Citation to work by one or two authors should always give the author names in full. Work with the same first author and date should be coded by letters, e.g. Thompson et al., 1991a,b. Citations should be listed in chronological order in the text and be separated by a semi-colon, e.g. Balmford and Gaston, 1999; Royle et al., 2007.

All references must include DOI (Digital Object Identifier) at the end of th references. If there is no DOI for any reference, author may provide its URL/direct accessible web link for verification purpose. References without DOI or internet link are not acceptable.

References: Expect a minimum of 20 references primarily with minimum 90% to reputable indexed journals (eg Scopus, WoS, Sinta Accreditation, etc.) and at least the last 10 years. For more information see APA style.

Tables and figures: Tables and figures must be correlatively numbered, following their order of appearance in the text. They must include captions that adequately describe the table's or figure's contents, and they should include the source of information used to build the table or figure.

C. Manuscript Process

Manuscript Submission: Manuscript submission in this journal proceeds totally online and the author will be guided stepwise by the journal system through uploading the manuscript file. The manuscript submitted should be in Word document format that can be edited for the double-blind peer-review purpose.

Reviewing of manuscripts: Every submitted paper is independently reviewed by at least two peer-reviewers. Decision for publication, amendment, or rejection is based upon their reports/recommendation. If two or more reviewers consider a manuscript unsuitable for publication in this journal, a statement explaining the basis for the decision will be sent to the authors within three months of the submission date.

Revision of manuscripts: Manuscripts sent back to the authors for revision should be returned to the editor without delay. Revised manuscripts can be sent to editorial office through the Online Submission Interface. The revised manuscripts returned later than three months will be considered as new submissions.

After acceptance: Corresponding authors will receive an e-mail with a link to our online proofing system, allowing annotation and correction of proofs online. The environment is similar to MS Word: in addition to editing text, you can also comment on figures/tables and answer questions from the Copy Editor. It is important to ensure that all corrections are sent back to us in one communication. Please check carefully before replying, as inclusion of any subsequent corrections cannot be guaranteed. Proofreading is solely your responsibility.
