Article Processing Charge (APC)

Journal ROAN is published on an open access basis, which allows authors reach a wider audience and foster the international and social impact of their contributions. To make this open access policy sustainable, Journal ROAN does charge authors a fee per accepted article to be published. The fee will be destined to the editing and publication process of the article.
Currently, no Article Processing Charge (APC) is required for manuscript submission and publication. Authors can submit and publish their articles free of charge. This policy is temporary and may change in accordance with future journal policies.
