    Roan: Applied Journal on Empowerment is an open access scientific journal that publishes theoretical and empirical peer-reviewed articles, which contribute to advancing the understanding of phenomena related to all aspects of applied science and technology in empowerment and community activities. Contributions can adopt a confirmatory (quantitative) or explanatory (especially qualitative) methodological approach. Theoretical essays that enhance the development or expansion of a theoretical approach are also welcome.
